How do I create an export?

In the dashboard, choose an allowed state, apply filters, review the count and preview, then create the export. Through the API, call POST /api/v1/exports and poll the returned job ID.

Where can I find previous exports?

Use the dashboard export history or call GET /api/v1/exports. Ready files remain downloadable for 72 hours.

Do previews use my monthly contact allowance?

No. The dashboard displays at most 50 preview rows. The API returns up to 25 rows per page and allows 500 preview rows per organization, state, and UTC day.

When does monthly usage reset?

Each state’s contact allowance refreshes on the first day of the month in UTC. Unused contacts do not carry over.

What do the DNC labels mean?

Flagged means the number has a DNC flag. Not flagged means no flag is shown, but it is not permission to call. Not checked means no result is available. See DNC & Compliance.

How do I change my plan?

Use the billing page to review available changes and their effective dates before confirming. Contact your Maverick Data account owner if you need help.
