Billing

Your plan combines allowed states with a monthly contact allowance for each state.

Monthly usage

• Counts and previews do not use the allowance.
• Rows delivered in completed exports use the selected state’s allowance.
• Each state’s allowance refreshes on the first day of the month in UTC.
• Unused contacts do not carry over.
• Usage in one state does not reduce another state’s allowance.

You can review current usage in the dashboard or with GET /api/v1/usage.

Plan changes

The billing page shows the states, contact amounts, billing period, effective date, and amount due before you confirm a change. Follow the confirmation shown there for the current terms of your plan.
