Data Dictionary

This is the customer export dictionary. The default export set is the current default column set minus dnc_status and compliance_status. Those two legacy labels remain available on request.

Column	Default	Semantics
`state`	Yes	Two-letter state code for the contact row and the state slot whose credits are used for export.
`zip5`	Yes	Five-digit ZIP code from the standardized contact or property address context.
`std_addr`	Yes	Standardized address string used for the customer-facing contact row.
`first_name`	Yes	Contact first name when available; blank means no first-name value is exposed for that row.
`last_name`	Yes	Contact last name when available; blank means no last-name value is exposed for that row.
`email`	Yes	Email address when available and not masked by customer-facing deliverability rules. It is not a promise that the email is verified or deliverable.
`email_status`	Yes	Customer label derived from email validation: `verified` means the raw validation was `bounce_pass`; `unavailable` means `bounce_fail`; `available` means an email is present without a bounce-fail signal. Do not read `available` as verified.
`phone`	Yes	Phone number when available. DNC disclosure is provided separately, and phone presence is not permission to call.
`phone_type`	Yes	Phone channel label such as mobile or landline when known.
`dnc_flagged`	Yes	Binary customer-safe DNC signal. `true` means at least one licensed vendor marked the number Do-Not-Call. `false` means none of our vendors flagged it; it does not mean callable, legally cleared, or scrubbed for the customer’s campaign.
`homeowner`	Yes	String value `"true"` or `"false"` from the customer-facing homeowner context.
`quality_label`	Yes	Customer-readable source and ownership quality label. Current labels include `Current-owner verified`, `Past-owner context`, `Ownership review`, `Owner-linked address`, `Deed-linked contact`, `Property-matched contact`, `Reachable contact`, and `Renewal-window contact`.
`x_date`	Yes	Customer X-Date field currently populated from the purchase/deed date path in the serving row. Treat it as a renewal-window anchor where available, not a guaranteed policy expiration date.
`renewal_month`	Yes	Numeric month `1`-`12` for renewal-window filtering when available.
`renewal_basis`	Yes	Customer label for why the renewal month/date exists: `Purchase anniversary`, `Purchase month estimate`, `X Date`, or the raw basis if no label mapping exists.
`dnc_status`	Available on request	Legacy disclosure label derived from raw phone DNC status: `dnc` for DNC flags, `unchecked` for unknown or scrub-required statuses, and `clear` for raw `allowed`. `clear` is a source label only, not legal clearance.
`compliance_status`	Available on request	Legacy label derived from the same DNC source: `dnc` for flagged, `clear` for raw `allowed`, and `unchecked` otherwise. Do not use it as the primary compliance concept.
`policy_expiration_date`	Available on request	Scraped or sourced policy expiration date when available. This is separate from customer `x_date`.
`property_purchase_date`	Available on request	Property purchase/deed date when available; useful as a purchase-anniversary renewal proxy.
