States

Your organization has a set of allowed states. Counts, previews, exports, and monthly usage stay within those states.

Filters

Filters narrow the audience in a state. See Filters for the dashboard and direct API options.

Counts and previews

Counts do not use your monthly contact allowance. The API returns up to 25 preview rows per page and up to 500 rows per organization, state, and UTC day. The dashboard displays at most 50 preview rows.

Exports

Completed export rows use the selected state’s monthly contact allowance. Exports run in the background and ready files remain downloadable for 72 hours.

DNC labels

DNC labels support compliance review. They do not replace the checks required for your campaign.
